Terms and Conditions

1. All new items are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.

2. If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have the right to return the goods in the manufacturers packaging, within 7 days.

3. All goods must be paid for in full by either cheque, credit card / debit card or postal order. As we are not registered credit brokers we do not offer repayment terms.

4. Do not send cash under any circumstances, Mortimer's of Speyside will not accept responsibility for non - receipt of cash.

5. Used items are purchased on a sold as seen basis and have no manufacturers guarantee, you have the right to return the goods to us within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

6. Insurance of goods in transit to you is included in the postage charge. Should an item be damaged in transit please call us immediately then return the item. We will send a replacement item on receipt of the damaged goods.

7. Goods remain the property of Mortimer's of Speyside until such time as the payment is cleared. We reserve the right to have the goods returned in new conditions should you fail to complete payment. We also reserve the right to take legal action to have the goods returned or to seek payment in full should you fail to return the goods or return goods in unsatisfactory condition.

8. None of the above affects your rights as a customer under statutory legislation.
